To forward email automatically to another address, access your web mail account at http://mail.yourdomain.xyz:8383. Log in using your username and password (assigned when you created the email account). Next, use the pulldown menu on the right of the screen and click on "Change my Forwarding Info"

You have two options for mail forwarding. First, you can have all your mail forwarded to another address without keeping a copy on your domain account (this account). To do this, simply enter the email address of where you would like all of your mail to go. To keep a copy on your domain account as well as forward it to another address, enter ".,email@yourhost.xyz" (period then comma then email address without the quotes) as shown on the right below. Now, save.
